These Were The Good Old Days
Welcome (back) to my airport life. Notice the “Hungry Jack’s” logo. Google it, because there’s a funny story about that guy vs. Burger King.
Aaahhhh the good old days… were about three hours ago.
Aaahhh the good old days about two hours and fifty-nine minutes ago.
Another hot international travel moment. Very exciting. This is gonna be my view for another hour or more.
I promise I’ll take a shot of tomorrow’s crowd in Sydney.

In my humble opinion this is the coolest place in Australia. Italian bar/cafe that hasn’t changed in decades. It feels like WWII just ended and the Italians are making cakes for everyone. The guy who I believe is the owner has the wildest accent I’ve ever heard, its Aussie-Italian. I find if I sit there and talk to him for a half hour or so I can mimic it well enough. I’ll hafta film myself doing it next time cuz he wasn’t in today but ya know who was? Pete Garrett, the singer for Midnight Oil.

This is what a lot of my life is lookin like on this tour. Airport, then hotel, then airport.
They finally have Kombucha down under. Hurray, I won’t be getting cancer on this tour….phew.
If you’re in Australia, this stuff is awesome. The ginger is the best one, by the way. The company sent us a bunch in Perth cuz they couldn’t believe we had it on our rider, and now they’re gonna send it to every show. Bless em!
