‘Tis the season for giving. Every year we donate $1 from the sale of each ticket of our holiday show to a different deserving recipient. This year we’ve selected Ethos Music Center. Ethos is dedicated to the promotion of music and music-based education for youth in underserved communities. In a time when music/arts programs are mostly a memory in public schools, organizations like this are crucial to exposing and educating America’s youth.
We’re also honored to have Etho’s band, Death By Thumb perform at this year’s concert at Crystal Ballroom. Sat, Dec 20th.

Saturday, December 20th, join The Dandy Warhols and The Upsidedown for an all-ages holiday bash at McMenamins Crystal Ballroom in downtown Portland. An annual holiday tradition, the theme for year’s shindig is “Pagan Christmas.”
Tickets are $20 (adv.) and go on sale to the general public this Friday, October 24th.
For every ticket sold to the December 20th show one dollar will be donated to the Ethos Music Center benefiting music education for students aged 2 and up.
Special overnight lodging is available at the Crystal Hotel that includes two tickets to the 12/20 show and breakfast the following morning $125-$180. For the third consecutive year The Dandy Warhols and McMenamins are teaming up to bring you a night of elegant revelry as our Holiday Dinner and Show returns Thursday, December 18th to McMenamins Edgefield.
Dine on Black Rabbit executive chef Chris Rattaro’s five course dinner menu with accompanying wines chosen by Courtney Taylor-Taylor. After dinner, let the warm rush envelope you with a chimerical silent film presentation with live score performed by The Dandy Warhols. This affair is for the smartest dressers and is strictly for ages twenty-one and over.
Tickets are $150 and are on sale this Friday, October 24thNOW!
McMenamins encourages guests to make a night or two of it and grab the special Dandy Warhols package that includes the Dinner with the Dandys for two, lodging, and breakfast the next morning $380 to $440, to make the reservation contact Claudine Hemingway.
