Lovely Brighton pier. No mods or rockers fighting about music and fashion these day. Interestingly enough I noticed that not even one person got in the water. Lifeguard was bored off his ass. Nice werk if you can get it. -ctt.

John Hynes was disappointed we didn’t turn these carrots into a bongs. Who has the time, we’re watching the Cup up until stage time. (Of which Courtney Tweeted today: “Which team falls down the least? That’s the team I want to win the cup.”
Dave Slade was sidesgtage. All these people, in our fridge, sidestage, it never ends! *just kidding*

From our manager being efficient combining 4 photos into one. Thank goodness someone’s thinking in this organization.

Thought we’d share this from our visit to KDHX in St Louis in May. We’re getting your tweets and posts that “Somethings You Got To Get Over” is playing a bit on radio and streaming apps, so be on the listen for it. We don’t know when you’ll be able to buy it, but I’m sure we’ll let you know when we know.
I’m on tour! WooHoo! And this is the Minneapolis St. Paul Int’l Airport employees counseling/prayer room floor.
Where I spent last night.
My European tour experience kicked off with 20 hours locked in MSP. I did spend 4 of those hours asleep in this tiny room and about 35 mins reading their copy of the GEETA learning about how to clear my mind of hope and resentment. When Krishna refers to “hope” I gather he means material or other desires and what good timing because my mind was ONLY filled with hope and resentment.
Well I cleared it, got a little snooze and was woken by the cleaning trolley so I’m up and at em and ready to rock.
Back from their triumphant United Kingdom tour, the von Trapps — Sofi, Melanie, Amanda and August … the great-grandchildren of Maria & Georg von Trapp — are blossoming in Portland!
On Thursday night (June 26) at 8pm at Mississippi Studios (3939 North Mississippi) the von Trapps will unveil their brand-new Portland-based band … and will be performing songs from “Dream a little dream” … their recent collaborative album with Pink Martini.
Pioneering a new sound and look, they will be debuting brand-new compositions of August von Trapp, as well as smart fashions from the legendary Paige Powell Style Council.
Tickets for this performance are ridiculously reasonable : only $20 … that’s only $5 per von Trapp … AND you’ll get the bonus of their new bandmates Simon Lucas (drums), Will Gibbs (upright bass) and Esther Shim (piano). Inevitably there will be surprise guest appearances and many hilarious moments. Mostly, however, this is a great opportunity to show support for Portland’s newest neighbors the von Trapps! They are irresistible … and they make great schnitzel!
