Warhols Mourn the Passing of Joe Strummer
The Dandy Warhols wish to extend their deepest love to the family of Joe Strummer. Strummer, best known as vocalist and guitarist for the seminal British punk band The Clash. He passed away Sunday in his home at the age of fifty. The Warhols will forever cherish the time, albeit briefly, they have spent with Joe, and definitely consider the thoughts and ideas exchanged with him to be a highlight in their lives. Joe Strummer will be deeply missed.
